Sheet Pan Pancakes
The quick and easy way to make pancakes in your oven! Anytime you're serving a crowd, break out this baking hack because it will make your life so much easier. No more flipping one pancake at a time while everyone eats in shifts.

- 4 cups Bisquick pancake mix
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 8 tbsp butter (melted)
- Toppings of choice
Preheat oven to 425° F and grease a large 11x17 sheet pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together the pancake mix, eggs, and milk.
Pour the batter onto your greased sheet pan and then add your optional toppings if desired.
Bake in the center rack of your oven for about 15 minutes, or util the batter is cooked through and golden brown.
Brush with melted butter and cut into equal pieces using a pizza cutter.
Serve with your favorite syrup and enjoy!
- You are basically doubling the recipe on the Bisquick box. You can alternatively use any brand of store-bought pancake mix! Simply double the recipe.
