Sheet Pan Pancakes

The quick and easy way to make pancakes in your oven! Anytime you're serving a crowd, break out this baking hack because it will make your life so much easier. No more flipping one pancake at a time while everyone eats in shifts.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Bisquick pancake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 8 tbsp butter (melted)
  • Toppings of choice

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425° F and grease a large 11x17 sheet pan.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the pancake mix, eggs, and milk.
  • Pour the batter onto your greased sheet pan and then add your optional toppings if desired.
  • Bake in the center rack of your oven for about 15 minutes, or util the batter is cooked through and golden brown.
  • Brush with melted butter and cut into equal pieces using a pizza cutter.
  • Serve with your favorite syrup and enjoy!

Notes

  • You are basically doubling the recipe on the Bisquick box. You can alternatively use any brand of store-bought pancake mix! Simply double the recipe. 
  • Looking for Topping Ideas? Berries, chocolate chips, mini M&Ms, chopped walnuts, sliced bananas, crispy bacon, crumbled breakfast sausage, candy sprinkles, cinnamon & sugar, or a swirl of peanut butter or Nutella. 
  • Try topping each half of your sheet pan a little differently for a variety of pancake flavors. :)
